⚠️ IMPORTANT: No return or exchange will be processed under any circumstances without a fully completed Return & Exchange Request Form. This form is compulsory — no exceptions. Please read carefully before contacting us.
General Policy
- We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
- All requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Femi9 team.
- We do not offer cash refunds — only exchanges or store credit where applicable.
- Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Items purchased on sale or from the Offers collection are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
No exceptions: Requests sent without the completed form — even via WhatsApp message or phone call — will not be processed. The form must be submitted first.
